12+ years of hands-on application development experience on Salesforce.com.
Very strong experience on Salesforce integrations (REST and SOAP APIs)
Very strong experience on Salesforce customizations (APEX programming)
Experience in development of LWC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Enterprise implementations of complex Salesforce applications.
Proven experience with Salesforce point and click development features. SalesForce Lightning framework.
Hands-On Technical experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Visual force , APEX programming (Triggers and batch class ), SOQL – Salesforce object query language , Data loader
Strong initiative and passion in learning new functionality, and the ability to work both individually and part of large teams
Background with capacity management and scheduling; Plainview, JIRA and OPPM tool knowledge a plus
Ability to collaborate with technology and business in ambiguous situations, meeting or exceeding customer and partner expectations.
Experience working with offshore consultants and will have had success in increasing and improving their turn-around times and upgrading skill levels
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
