- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 4+ years Integration experience including 3+ year MuleSoft experience
- Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs and ability to manage integration with enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team of developers
- Ability to adapt to time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of version control systems, DevOps, and software development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Utilize MuleSoft architecture to integrate across systems used in the organization
- For client utilizing Salesforce, implement custom APEX classes, triggers and flows necessary to achieve client business goals
- Adhere to MuleSoft and integration best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
- Develop service-oriented architecture with integration and migration background
- Collaborate with IT / Developers supporting systems to integrate across the business
- Ensure client MuleSoft environment ecosystem components and tools are kept up to date
- Keep current with client infrastructure and programmatic changes over a period of performance
- Ensure that documentation for these activities is kept up to date
- Document and report upon activities including but not be limited to; Application Connection Requestions (New API Usage or Development), User Access Requests, Overall systems Performance
Additional skills preferred
- Has experience building mobile Applications in Salesforce – Mobile Publisher for Experience Cloud and/or building mobile apps using Salesforce Mobile SDK.
- Has experience setting up CTI Integration for Salesforce CRM applications
