Duties & Responsibilities:

·  Actively participate in requirements definition, translation of the product backlog into software functions and development of specifications and architectures

·  Working with the development team to clarify requirements and help them understand the business side of the product

·  Take full responsibility for delivering the specified products with your development team

·  Actively support the ideation process for new features

·  Manage the development process including testing, quality assurance and deployment

·  Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding features, functionality, and deadlines

·  Creating user stories and acceptance tests that clearly articulate requirements for each feature or change request

·  Collaborating with designers to create mockups of what the final product will look like

·  Prioritizing product backlog items based on business value, time needed to complete, and order in which they were created

·  Reviewing prototypes or other proofs of concept for feasibility before allowing them to move to the next stage of development

·  Coordinating with developers to make sure that they understand the requirements for each project

·  Verifying that the finished product meets the needs of customers by conducting usability tests or reviewing customer feedback

Requirements

What you bring along

·  At least 2 years of proven software engineering experience in an agile/scrum environment and experience in "full-stack” applications and data processing back-ends.

·  Strong organizational and project management skills

·  A keen eye for UI design and a familiarity with the UX design processes.

·  Ability to follow standard software development life cycle processes and participate in code reviews, writing technical documentation, building and executing unit test plans, and software packaging and deployment

·  Experience managing code with unit tests and Git

·  Nice-to-have - Understanding of fundamental front-end languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript/Typescript) and modern frameworks (e.g. ReactJS) and back-end languages (Python)

·  Excellent verbal communication skills

·  Good problem-solving skills

·  Attention to detail

·  Excited about taking full responsibility and a big fan of autonomous working

·  Bachelor's or master’s degree in software Development or Information Technologies or related degree preferred
