Currently working as a Project Manager for Data Migration Track under PAS Transformation Team.

Managing end to activities for Data Migration which includes Project Planning, Milestone tracking, Identifying the blockers and resolution, project reviews, status update and timely follow ups.

Managing and coordinating with project team in Infosys and BALIC resources to ensure that project milestones are achieved within the agreed timelines to deliver the project on time

Prepare and maintaining weekly and monthly project status reports.

Organizing/Attending weekly/Monthly SteerCom and ManCom Meetings.

Preparing Minutes of the meetings, circulating to all stakeholders, monitoring and tracing Action Items till closure.

Provide status update of Action items, Risks & Issues assigned to relevant stake holders order to get these issues resolved on priority with the objective of ensuring project delivery in conformance to the plan
