- Responsible for Talent Acquisition process start from Hire to retire, Training to the Staff & PMS
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Grievance handling
- Coordinating & maintaining relationships with Plant HR
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
