Responsibilities (job role and routine responsibilities of this position) :
- Define Product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap - prioritizing Features / Capabilities / Requirements / Timelines
- Define Product MVP items through various discussions with Business/IT Stake holders and adopt various modern techniques to ensure MVP provides optimum value and ROI
- Capture Business requirement through modern requirement elicitation techniques and walk through the same to IT team.
- Knowledge in translating requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories with clearly defined Acceptance Criteria
- Hands on experience in sizing Stories through latest techniques and provide accurate estimation for MVP items
- Perform Market research to provide recommendations on Build vs Buy
- Develop enterprise wide re-usable frame works that will benefit other teams in different LOB s
- Build capabilities with Vision to roll out as a White label product
- Create strategies to reduce lead time from idea generation to its rollout, Document and present new product strategies to stake holders
- Develop key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate overall performance
- Good to have knowledge in Agile ceremonies and Hands on experience in executing Agile driven Product development
- Track progress and highlight blockers, risks and other concerns to Stake holders
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in any of the Project management tools like Azure Dev Ops (VSTS), JIRA, Pivotal Tracker
- Good to have knowledge is User Experience design concepts and design tools
