Job Description  - Network L3 – Fortinet Engineer
•    Installation of new and management of existing Fortinet gateways, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls including IPSEC VPN tunnels, IP SLA monitors and Security policies.
•    Perform system upgrades/Hotfixes
•    Administrative skills on Fortigate firewalls (401E |101E| 80D | 90D | 81E/F | 61E/F) and switches (108E | 224D/E | 248D/E.
•    Collaborate with Engineering, IT Infrastructure teams, Product Development, and external delivery and support teams to manage the design and implementation of client projects.
•    Converting business requests into technical requirements, define and implement policies while safeguarding Information assets and in alignment with the ISMS policies.
•    Create and maintain customer network documentation such as solution design document, record of change, and network diagrams.
•    Resolving complex technical problems, multitasking, and being a customer advocated to achieve customer success.
•    Analyzing logs to determine/troubleshoot connectivity issues.
•    Drive calls end to end during a P1 or P2 outage bridge.

Experience and Skills Required:
•    Minimum of 7 years’ experience in network Security operations and troubleshooting
•    Experience operating and/or designing an enterprise wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN)
•    Hands on experience for configuring and troubleshooting issues related to Wireless technologies for Aruba and FortiGate. 
•    Hands on experience in providing support solutions in WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics and Security technologies.
•    Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Information Security controls and Compliance requirements
•    Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and related components.
•    AAA, SNMP and other Router Management options.
•    Experience operating and/or designing network security systems (e.g. Firewall)
•    Experience in configuring Trunk, VTP, VLANs
•    Experience in implementing switch port security.
•    ITIL knowledge Incident, Change & Problem management (understanding of Service Now flow will be added advantage) 
•    Experience interacting with customers in a client facing role with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
