We are seeking a Project Manager focusing on Infrastructure. The Project Manager is responsible for driving infrastructure projects across the company. The Project manager will document, create, and track budgets and report the status during regular intervals. The position will track risk and enable continuing compliance and of key initiatives. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, coordinated across teams and escalates any roadblocks to competition. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and providing superb customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive projects to completion, escalating any issues, and reporting to executive management
- Manage multiple vendors assisting with IT Infrastructure program
- Update project management too(s) (SharePoint, Click-up, Project, etc.) to manage tasks and reporting.
- Builds strong relationships with corporate and site leadership to lead large and small projects across sites and globally;
- Working with business and IT leadership define and create project related artifacts from project concept to initiation and then manage projects through the various phases through deployment.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities;
- Manage projects risks and work to mitigate them in partnership with the different stakeholders;
- Presentation to stakeholders and executives and getting sign-offs from them;
- Working with external implementation partners in some projects. In those projects, you will also work with the partner PM or their leadership to plan the project and align the project deliverables to meet the success criteria.
