- 2+ Years of development experience as SharePoint Designer
- Proficient in developing with JQuery
- Deep understanding of Conditional Statements
- Proficient in SharePoint Online Custom Forms
- Proficient with RSS Feeds to SQL
- InfoPath knowledge highly desired
- Experience working in Agile framework and good understanding of agile concepts.
- Healthcare industry experiences a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle application software related tickets escalated by customers, Technical support and development Teams.
- Participate in application maintenance and releases for production and pre-production environments including vetting out test / validation results, etc. with production development teams.
- Support applications to meet SLAs.
- Work with development team to create standard operating procedure document for production environment.
