5-6+ years of business or data analysis in healthcare working with Health plans (health insurance)

• Experience working with Medicaid Advantage a huge plus
• Gather business and technical requirements documentation by coordinating with BI/DW, application development and business teams
• Able to write complex SQL queries to profile source data to understand the data impacts on DW and reports.
• Support testing by identifying, tracking, reporting and resolving issues in timely manner
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
