Responsibilities for Service Delivery Manager/Scrum Master
- Lead the scrum/Kanban team in using Agile methodology
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Improve the workflow efficiency
- Help the squad to do their work right, focusing on increasing delivery speed, reducing costs, and shortening the response to market demand.
- Lead the agile squad/team in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and process review
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of agile maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Qualifications for Service Delivery Manager/Scrum Master
- 7+ years of total experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in handling Agile Projects
- Prior experience handling Scrum/Kanban team and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong Collaboration mindset to partner with Global squad/team and stakeholders
- Experience and ability to determine which agile methodology fits which project and good knowledge in techniques to fill in gaps while running projects in Kanban or scrum method
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Preferred Skills/Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master/professional scrum with Kanban certified or other relevant industry certification
