JOB RESPONIBILITY
1. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs for each position, and Meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
2. Manag the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles starting from formulating the JD, find, hire,Onboard, documentation, probation, confirmation & handling exit process end to end.
3. Continuously partner with recruiting agencies and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting Strategies.
4. Ensure compliance of Third party employee vendor's & their contractual commitments.
5. Develop opportunities to obtain cost mitigation/savings throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
6. Engage, respond to and resolve issues and escalations related from employees/ vendor activities, including corrective Action plans as needed.
