POSITIONOVERVIEW: Business and Data Analysis

POSITIONGENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS: As a Healthcare Business Analyst you will beresponsible for the following:

Workwith client stakeholders to capture business requirements and user stories forbuilding applications on the Enterprise Data Platform.

ApplyHealthcare knowledge to correctly understand the data, and businessrequirements for applications and analytics.

Workwith the project team to explain business requirements and user stories.

Reviewapplication functionality developed aligns with business requirements and workwith Development and QA team to address issues.

Workwith Business Users and project team to help perform UAT and get system anduser acceptance issues fixed.

Responsiblefor data validation, quality, and governance.

Identifyopportunities for improvement.

Worksclosely with client management to inspect & improve a process, and identifybottlenecks and inconsistencies.

Facilitateand drive continuous improvement

Developand maintain key performance indicators & dashboards, proactively monitorand analyze results of activities, suggest alternative actions, identifyopportunities for improvement and drive understanding across the business
