Develops digital marketing strategy by studying our product and services, competitors, economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Plans and executes all online adverts through Facebook and etc to increase company and brand awareness.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company s sites and portals.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Advertising / Marketing or any relevant field.
2 Years Minimum Experience in managing Digital Marketing team and Department
8 Years Minimum Working Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing field
Experience in Dropship related business / operation
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
