About the Role

We are hiring for our Sales & Marketing Trainee (SMT) Programme for our Engineering Services SBU. The SMT Programme will give you the required experience to become a successful sales professional in one of our 6 offices in India. Our customers include large OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, ESPs, and product and engineering companies. Our Engineering Services portfolio includes industry-leading solutions for CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM, Simulation, Tolerance Analysis, Augmented Reality, and Internet of Things from the likes of PTC, Ansys, Moldex3D, and Sigmetrix.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Understand and become involved in our sales processes (CRM) and sales cycles
  • Collaborate actively with our Product/Sales Managers/Solution Experts to develop marketing plans and learn to generate demand for our focus solutions and scout the market for potential clients
  • Learn and implement effective solution sales techniques by directly interacting with mid and large-size enterprise customers
  • Learn how to win customers and how to engage & build lasting business relationships with customers
  • Understand the order processing systems and commercials
  • Gain experience in driving quarterly sales targets.

Skill Sets Expected

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must, along with a penchant for sales. Apart from this, you must have:
