We are looking for a candidate to join Finance Business partnership team for managing grants along with Budget, variance reporting, Donor reporting & audit. To work closely with Business team and ensure requirements are provided in timely manner. Also includes Fund monitoring including FCRA regulation adherence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Budgets for grants on yearly basis including SAP budget review. Monthly MIS reporting for projects along with justifications after due discussion with Business team
- Responsible for Client reporting, Due diligence process as per timelines including Receivable management
- Assisting FBP Head in New Proposals financial bid workings in coordination with Business Development(BD) Team and Cross Functional Team(CFT) as per due dates and timelines agreed
- Assisting stakeholders in Strategic Decision-making process with required report preparations, providing insights to Business team
- Ensuring working capital management including daily fund monitoring project-wise and cash flow estimates (inflow & outflow). Monitoring of Bank accounts (Domestic & Foreign) along with FCRA rules adherence
- Responsible for overall financial & accounting operations of projects as assigned
- Guiding team members for ensuring TAT and SOP complying requirements. Assisting team on need basis for process to be followed.
- Assisting towards Financial Compliance Committee meetings with Group entity Board members.
- Training & Developing team members with best practices of F&A domain
- Ensuring Compliances adherence and reporting requirements for projects
- Coordination with Auditors & Assisting in Finalization activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 8 years of relevant experience. Mix of experience in Accounting and MIS reports is essential.
- Post graduate degree in accounting and finance is required. CA or ICWA will be good to have.
- Very good fundamental Accounting Skills
- Good Budgeting, Analytical skills
- Able to deal with large complex database
- Commercial business mindset
- Good Communication Skills (written and verbal) ]Very good in Excel, able to use complex formulae, pivot tables to create databases, budget files, MIS reports
- Knowledge of SAP is good to have. Should be a quick learner to understand various systems and integrate them into the work.
