Description
- Masters Degree / Certification in Instructional Designer related subjects is an added advantage
- Min. of 6 to 8 years of relevant Instructional Design experience preferably with enterprise eLearning experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Strong ability to communicate professionally, provide proper context, and tailor messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work independently
- Manage stakeholders and resolve conflict
- Proficient knowledge of instructional design and Agile Learning Design
- Planning and organizational skills combined with a proven ability to lead others towards timely completion of projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Evidence of the ability to design assessment tools that promotes learning
- Flexibility, motivation, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good team player and willing to work as per project demands
