Looking for Lead Java Developer with minimum 10+ years of experience.
Software developer with coding skills in Java, J2EE environment
Ability to design and document system and architecture flows
Experience in ongoing performance tuning, applying patches, and resource optimization.
Creating and maintaining operational, configuration, procedural and other documentation.

Other Qualifications:
Analytical, problem solving, creative thinking and design skills at multiple product
Communication skills to communicate with application developers, customers, support personnel and management
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
