JOB DETAIL

  • Proficient with the Salesforce CRM, CRM migrations Legacy to Global, 3rd Party Application API integrations
  • Data Governance & Data Stewardship experience (SFDC Account, Attribute & Transactional data)
  • Strong SQL knowledge (writing, reading, editing)
  • Proficient in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Modeling- creating and working off existing)
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst experience and experience with Data Analytics /Finance
  • Organized and detail-oriented, ability to keep multiple projects on track
  • Salesforce CRM Admin track (Classic or Lightning)
  • Data Stewardship / Governance establishment
  • Tableau (Desktop and Server)
  • SQL Server Management Studio or Scala
  • Microsoft Excel (Functions listed above)

Responsibilities:

  • You will perform several responsibilities including mapping 3rd party applications to Salesforce capabilities, assisting the transition of Legacy applications to global Salesforce, Data Governance & and providing general application support
  • You will be an important team member on a variety of different projects and act as an internal consultant who will help the Sales Innovation team improve business processes using the Salesforce platform
  • You will have a background in using Business Intelligence best practices
  • Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM and Excel
  • Develop and automate financial reporting
  • Identify and interpret any patterns or useful trends in complex data sets
  • Build complex reports and dashboards
  • Craft and design data modelling for the organization
  • Write up business requirements
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
