Business Group: GWRT-GCMT Regulatory & Compliance Technology – manages policy lifecycle management/document management.

Project: This role will be a mix of BA/Developer work (mainly back end -Java- but does need to have knowledge of Power BI). The candidate will be doing day to day work on lifecycle management/ Power BI reporting/Maintaining dashboards.

Typical Day in Role:

• Small development enhancements (Java)
• Policy lifecycle management
• Power BI reporting
• Act As SME for Business users to help navigate through various process of policy lifecycle management/content management.
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined technical requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance/success criteria (Product Management Lifecycle)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1. 7+ Years of experience in Java 8 & API development.
2. 5+ years of database knowledge (SQL)
3. Very strong understanding of end-to-end policy lifecycle management/document management and regulatory compliance solutions e.g. ClauseMatch or similar tool.
4. Hands on reporting tool knowledge e.g. PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik view to build various tailored dashboard for business/regulatory reporting.
5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like GIT, BitBucket.

Nice to have Skills:

1. Experience working as a Business Analyst

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
