Detailed Job Description:

1.      Overall 6-7 yrs experience with minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience performing Business Analyst and Product Owner role.

2.      Excellent communication skills – This is very important as they need to interact with Stakeholders across.

3.      Customer Servicing Mindset – Should have interacted with external stakeholders, customers across different geographies and should be able to converse with them efficiently.

4.      Flexible to work and accommodate meetings and sync up with primarily US time zone.

5.      Should be flexible to accommodate ad-hoc tasks and newer areas as it keeps changing.

Good knowledge in the below areas:

•       Working experience as Product Owner:

o       Prepare program backlog refinement and prepare for PI Planning.

o       Good understanding of conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components while creating user stories.

o       Good understanding of definition of done and dependencies.

o       Assist team in estimation and sequencing of tasks.

o       Perform well rounded UAT, demos and secure client sign-off.

•       CI/CD Tools

o       Git Hub, Sonar Cube, Mockito, IntelliJ

•       Agile process

o       SAFE Agile Scrum process and DevOPS knowledge
