Qualifications

3+ years work experience in a quantitative job as a business or data analyst.

Proficient in SQL is a must.

Experience with Python (ETL) programming language must

Experience with RedShift/TeraData/Aurora DB database

Experience with AWS, Airflow will add advantage

Experience with DB Visualizer and / or any other SQL assistant software

Experience with Agile methodology – Jira and Confluence

Experience with Data Modeling

Good to Have Skills: -

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

This position will support Core Data Platforms product organization by creating detailed functional requirements for best-in-class, and insights-driven dashboards and reports, for the purposes of monitoring performance, improving marketing decision-making and enhancing our analysis / understanding of our various interaction channels.

Analyze enterprise data from various data sources to design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders including marketing analysts, contact center vendor managers, and executives.

Visualize and communicate key metrics to various stakeholders across the company.

Provide key business insights contact center performance trends.
