·10-12 years of experience in data modelling, data warehousing, data entity analysis, logical and relational database design

·Knowledge of capital markets & financial instruments – Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX.

·Experience in the Reference Data /securities or financial services industry.

·Expert in the design, development and implementation of data engineering, modelling, reporting and leveraging database technologies and tools.

·Re-engineer older technologies including VBA and macros into end-to-end solutions leveraging corporate standard technology solutions.

·Consult with businesses to resolve complex data issues, providing direction and guidance on data analysis, data insights and ensure recommendations are aligned with user needs and capabilities.

·Identify Opportunities to re-engineer data processes, look for efficiencies, leveraging newer technologies, tools and automation.

·Drive and own solutions through design, development, and implementation, ensuring core standards are adhered to in change and code management.

·Support the delivery of our global data strategy with the ability to play a hands-on technical role and provide oversight and consulting where required.
