For projects identified in the Digital Services organization, this individual will be responsible for developing user stories and business requirements for Avantor websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. This position may work directly with internal stakeholders as well as end-users to gain an understanding of users needs and/or problems so that stories and requirements documentation can be crafted.

In this role, the associate will analyze business problems presented by our varied customers and through customer-centric interaction design principles, help capture, design and manage the implementation of functionality through the development cycle.
