he candidate will work directly with project management and business teams to guide feature delivery for the Dealer Door Management System.

Candidate will be responsible for understanding the needs and functionalities required by the wireless sales operations teams to support retail dealer onboardings, offboardings, and maintenance.

Candidate will develop successful Salesforce solutions driven by feature requirements.

The candidate will be onboarded with an existing development team.

The candidate will need to understand Salesforce platform software development, deployment pipelines for Salesforce in GitLab, Salesforce middleware implementations and pipelines, and integrations with key business partners.

The candidate will work with other junior developers to support these systems and develop new features and capabilities.

Production support activities and on call rotations will be shared amongst the team.

The candidate will work onsite five days per week with no provisions for remote work.

Required Skills

● Minimum of 3-4 years of experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform including Process Builder, Flows, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.

● Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions

● Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality

● Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

● Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms

● Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, VisualForce and Lightning Components

● Working knowledge of Salesforce VS Code

● In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com

● Should be comfortable working in Agile – user stories, features, story pointing, etc.
