The Must requirements are .NET and C# Developer that has in-depth experience with .NET Framework 4.5.X and above with C#, ASP.NET MVC 5 This is for the Pentagon and the resource must have a recent Top Secret Security Clearance.

.NET Core, ANY ORM Framework ie.Entity, Hibernate, SQL, RDMS ie. Oracle, Dependency Injection "Testing"

Nice to haves:

Cloud preferably Azure, DevOps like "Team City or Azure Team City", Messenging Queing. REST API's.

If candidate can articulate but is missing a couple technologies its OK.

Required Skills:

IT Experience: 8+ Years

•             Full Stack .NET with C# Developer with complete, in-depth experience with the followings:

•             .NET Framework 4.5.X and above with C#, ASP.NET MVC 5

•             .NET Core (working experience a plus)

•             experience in identifying and using best practices and design patterns

•             WCF & Web API

•             HTML, XML, Bootstrap, Angular, UI, Typescript

•             SQL Server 2012 and higher

•             Experience in GIT or Bit Bucket and demonstrable knowledge on CI/CD pipelines

•             Unit Testing framework experience Server side (NUnit, Moq), Client Side Framework (Mocha, Jasmine, Karma)
