Key job responsibilities
You will partner with Software Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts, SubjectMatter Experts, Product Managers, and Program Managers to design, develop,automate, and innovate analytics solutions. The ideal candidate has strongbusiness judgment, backbone, and collaborates well with product owners toanswer key questions. The operating environment is fast-paced and dynamic,balanced by a strong team and welcoming culture. A day in the life

• Work with leadership to define and execute the analytics strategy for WFM
• Design and develop user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards
• Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement KPIs, automated solutions, and data infrastructure improvementLiaison with stakeholders to achieve project objectives, requiring data gathering, problem solving, modeling, and communication of insights and recommendations
• Participate in standups, design sessions, maintain Jira health, and create artifacts
• Lead and mentor more junior team members
