Roles and Responsibilities

The System Monitoring Technician will be responsible for monitoring the Enterprise-monitoring Systems either on premises and/or in the cloud.

The System Monitoring Technician will coordinate with systems engineers, application technical support and application owners to determine requirements for filters, events, alerts, and dashboards and reporting in various monitoring tools

Functional Responsibilities

1. Monitoring
Perform monitoring tasks from the Operation Manager console and maintain monitoring and notification rules.

2. Collaboration :
Work with Application team/managers and peers to understand and report technical problems and improve system functionality and reliability.
