Position: Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager- Agency

Location: Bangalore

Purpose of the role:

Recruit Agents and Source Business for the Company.
 

Responsibility:

- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan.

- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan.

- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.

- Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.

- Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.

- Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.

- Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
 

Requisition:

- Graduate with minimum 1+ years of Sales Experience with domain experience in Agency from LI

- < 30 years of age.

- Hard core sales person with proven track record

- Thorough understanding of Life Insurance sector and Agency Model.
