JOB DETAIL

Qualifications required:

• Bachelors or Technical Degree and 3-5 years ofrelevant experience

 • Experience in FP&A orgeneral business operations,including headcount planning/tracking and basic accounting principles

 • Expert skills in MSOffice Suite (i.e. Excel Pivots,VLOOKUP’s, Complex Formulas and PowerPoint Embedded Charts, Tables, Formatting,flowcharts, etc.)

• Ability to compile, analyze, aggregate, quality check andreportresource centric data

• Expert in accurately extracting, modeling, and reconcilinglargeamounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources

• Experience with a procure to pay solution such as SAP Ariba(i.e.research and reconcile invoices and purchase orders, create custom reports offinancial transactions, etc.)

 • Outstanding problem solverwith an analytical mindset,excellent organizational skills and demonstrated passion for data detail •Excellent verbal and communication skills (i.e. the ability to bring actionable insightsthrough effective communication andcollaborate with all levels of theorganization) 

Qualifications desired:

 •Independent thinker,ability to anticipate

• Excellent knowledge of project and external workforcemanagementtools (i.e. CA PPM, SAP Fieldglass, etc.)

• Experience with new system implementation(s) and useracceptance testing

• Knowledge of basic SharePoint administration (i.e.work flowapprovals, site maintenance, permissions, etc.)
