Job Details & Responsibilities

  • Research and identify solutions to dialer, software, and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including dialer, account setup, and network configuration
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Creating and managing user accounts in Aspect 7.3
  • Aspect servers maintenance.
  • Creating and managing services in Aspect
  • Numbers blocking and unblocking
  • Creating Table Definition and Call Data Definition and mapping to the service.
  • Creating and managing disposition plans
  • Assigning services to the users and providing UD,EM, and RTR access.
  • Creating and managing PRI resource group in Aspect using URM.
  • Assigning and shuffling PRI to the services in the Aspect dialer.
  • Creating and managing campaigns in Ameyo.
  • Creating Table Definition and Agent data definition on Ameyo.
  • Creating and managing user accounts in Ameyo 4.8
  • Create process, campaigns, Agent table definition, and mapping.
  • Assigning and shuffling SIP to the campaigns in Ameyo dialer.
