JOB DETAIL

  • Provide expert guidance on overall system architecture, Business Intelligence (BI) and technologies
  • Develop scalable and maintainable BI applications to meet business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and complete technical architectural documents
  • Define BI standards, guidelines and best practices for business groups and technical teams
  • Support BI tools upgrades in development, testing and documentation
  • Recommend strategies to improve performance and capacity of BI application/Oracle Utility Analytics
  • Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with BI Administrators, BI Developers and Analysts for successful development of BI reporting and analysis solutions
  • Work with business groups and technical teams to develop and maintain data warehouse platform for BI reporting

Qualifications:

  • 13+ years of experience in handling implementations of Oracle BI Apps – ERP/HCM/SCM or development of custom Data Warehouse ERP/HCM projects
  • Candidate should have delivered 3-4 large-scale end-to-end BIAPPS/OBIA/ETL implementation projects.
  • Ensure proper hands-offs and coordination between BI Project teams, Data Architecture Team, Prod Operations, stakeholders, and external providers.
  • Good experience in Implementation of BI analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and BI technologies
  • Experience working with ODI MP, OAC & Extension of BIAPPS ETLS/data pipelines
  • Hands on experience in development and customizations for OUA/OBIA/BIAPPS ODI ETLS and OBIEE/OAC
  • Experience in working with Cloud HCM, Cloud ERP and PVO analysis for designing DWH
  • Knowledge in integrating multiple data sources to load into Enterprise DWH
  • Have very good functional understanding of Financials, SCM, Procurement, etc...
  • Worked in at least 6-10 full life-cycles of OBIA implementation for modules HR, Financial Analytics, Procurement & Spend Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Project Analytics
  • Have experience in responding to RFPs, review documents and participate in Orals
  • Ability to identify risks, and communicate mitigation plan with key stakeholders at client
  • Ability to perform Project Management, Delivery Management and Client communications
  • Understanding requirements, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, business process designs
  • Good querying skills on Oracle database with ability to understand and debug PL/SQL procedure
  • Ability/hands on expertise on finetuning report performance and ETL data load plan performance optimization
  • Experience as architect for Dimension Modelling and Data Warehouse builds
  • Experience with effective performance tuning
  • Must be well versed and hands-on in troubleshooting various issues and providing workarounds
  • Ability to prepare Status reports and communicate with client
  • Good problem solver and prompt decision maker
  • Able to plan, track tasks and activities, co-ordinate and report on periodical basis
  • Daily onsite/offshore coordination on deliverables and inter-team interaction
