RPA Software Developer works as part of a team, under
the direction of a team leader, to assist in the development of automations to the standards set forth by the RPA Program Manager and Lead RPA Developer as well as testing and debugging activities. Additionally, this role maintains documentation within the change management process, assists in the resolution of technical issues and provides maintenance support at mid-level. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Develop and configure new automations & maintain existing bots using RPA UiPath with core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Coordinate and support software production schedules and processing for assigned projects
• Assist in software development, coding, testing, debugging and implement bots into production
• Assist with test case development and unit testing for a variety of automations with supervision
• Support existing production automations and implementation of automation revisions
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, testing, RPA Runbook and other design artifacts
• Assist with the maintenance of documentation in the context of a change management process
• Work as part of a team, using approved software development methodology and processes, to assist in the resolution of technical issues
• Contribute to the creation of software throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Participate in test planning and documentation of test plans and requirements
• Seeks direction on the escalation of complex technical problems to appropriate channels
• Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve existing processes and technical output
• Promote policies that foster quality standards and industry best practice
• Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function
