Hiring UI/UX Designers
We are looking for a UI/UX designer based out in India. Please find the below required skills and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document and analyze user requirements
- Develop and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the products
- Improve the existing UI design by using process flowcharts and storyboards and UX study
- Illustrate, research and implement cutting edge and functional design ideas
- UI design expertise in android, IOS and Windows Phone Native, Desktop and responsive web applications
- Implement innovative data visualization techniques
- Creating wireframes, interaction designs, mock-ups, prototypes for demonstration
- Ideate and iterate at a fast pace
- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design
- Competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Exceptional portfolio on Web and Mobile products (not CMS or Web page design)
- Good in Pencil Sketches
- Knowledge of responsive web standards and mobile design standards
- Knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, Photoshop, Balsamiq
- All candidates shall be given TEST tasks
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/LESS/SASS
- Good in written and verbal communication
Eligibility:
- Experience: 5-9 years in software UI/UX design (Website Design will not be considered)
- Education: Graduate and above Preference given to candidates who have developed Web applications/Mobile applications currently in market
