 The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development and support of applications that will run on the Salesforce. This includes Sales, Services, Community, Lightning and Field services module

Collaborate and align with platform architects, technical leads to translate business requirements into smart solutions on Salesforce

Should have extensive experience in designing Salesforce applications, solution blueprinting, effort estimation and creating work plans

Should have strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript and other force.com programming languages including high proficiency in lightning

Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions

Build and develop web services using REST, SOAP and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, peer code review, deployment and support

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in technical area or equivalent job experience

3+ years of experience on Salesforce & Force.com platform

2+ years of experience in custom development on Force.com platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML

Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration with Classic and Lightning Experience

Experience and familiarity with Salesforce out-of-box features including Sales, Service, and Community cloud

Understanding of best practices and SFDC coding standards

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of deployment tools like Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Azure DevOps

Knowledge and Experience on integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Data Factory etc.
