- Sourcing of right profile through Job Portal, Employee Referral, Consultants & Social Media Platforms

- Profile screening

- Coordination with Panel for interviews & feedback

- Coordination with backend team for Offer Generation & Onboarding Process

- Felicitate new joinee for seamless onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate with min 2 year experience in Talent Acquisition Role (Preferably in Consultancy/RPO/BPO)

- Should be able to drive Bulk Hiring

- should have decent communication & presentation skill

- Localite from Ahmedabad only
