QA lead( Manual Testing) Experience 5 to 8 Years. Essential Skills: Good manual testing, test planning, ability to understand and pick domain fast, good system level understanding. Good written and verbal communication is must. Having some automation exposure is good but not must. Agile testing and good collaboration with dev team and business owners. Good analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
