JOB DETAIL

  • As a senior designer at Saras Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering design and innovation across one or more facets of the design process, including layouts, creatives, digital advertisements, prototyping, brand building collaterals, information architecture, and consumer experience.
  • You will be an advocate for the user and would be working towards delivering designs addressing the user s pain points and maintaining a consistent brand representation across all channels/mediums.
  • You will also be working in the team who will be responsible for delivering attractive and engaging design for all media engagements, marketing needs, and partnerships.
  • The content design should use best pedagogical practices - identify key learning objectives, use lesson flow that enhances students learning, and use appropriate visual aids such as image/diagrams, gifs, and short video clips.
  • As part of a multi-disciplinary growth marketing team, you ll tackle complex, design challenges alongside other stakeholders and thinkers from different backgrounds in data analytics, eCommerce, and B2B domain.
  • You should have solid experience developing key insights about diverse audiences and be able to do segmentation by needs.
  • You are a quick learner, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative join a team that s helping to bring human-centered design to the world s most happening industries.
  • Oversee the service design process to ensure the squad adheres to the research findings and help remove bias in the design.
  • Work within cross-capability teams of UI Designers, Product Managers, and Marketing Managers to create and manage a product s lifecycle.
  • Find novel ways to build a sustainable culture of design and design thinking at Saras
  • Create user-focused designs, innovations, and experiences in line with Brand guidelines
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Gathering and evaluating design requirements, in collaboration with respective managers to deliver intuitive and human-centered solutions
  • Ability to design and conduct user testing and concept validation i.e. identify potential solution options for a stated need and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users.
  • Ability to frame key questions, create design research plans to address those, conduct research, and synthesize the findings into meaningful, actionable insights for clients to help them understand how to achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Articulate pain points, and opportunities and uncover insights that can be mapped back to business value.
  • Illustrate your ideas using storyboards, process flows, service blueprints, customer journey maps, and sitemaps.
  • Executional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Powerpoint, Sketch, InVision, and other design software tools.
  • Mix of service design, customer experience design user experience design
  • Leverage an iterative, human-centered approach to conceive and deliver valuable new experiences for our clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to build organizational partnerships through collaboration
  • Strong troubleshooting skills required
  • Strong written communication skills required with the ability to write for different audiences

  • Master s/Bachelor s degree in Design from an accredited college or university.
  • Prior work experience of 8+ years will be preferred and considered.
  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles.
  • Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, and conceptual skills.
  • Experienced in working with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, creative heads, servicing, and brand teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically about problems and able to provide creative strategies and solutions.
  • Fluent in communication in order to present your work to various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in current/In market design tools.
  • Enthusiasm for the iterative design process.
  • Resilience under pressure and against deadlines.
  • Self-starting attitude and an open outlook.
  • Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology.
