JOB DETAIL

  • Key responsibilities for this role:
    • Conduct Solution workshops, walk through to-be processes.
    • Configure system for Prototype and Production
    • Develop test plans for UAT cycles
    • Develop appropriate training strategy and plan
    • Coordinate and support development of required training material
    • Support the client through UAT
    • Support the production data migration and cutover
    • Produce Training Materials
    • Prepare and deliver training sessions to the Bank end users
