Must be local to  Parsippany. NJ  Candidate will be required to be onsite  2 days a week and will need to pick up equipment day one and be onsite for training, so please do not send candidate who are currently located near NJ and not willing to work onsite .

Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree plus at least ten years related experience

•          Experience as Database Administrator in SQL Server Environment

•          Experience supporting database sizes about 200GB to 2TB in size

•          Experience supporting multiple instances of SQL 2000-SQL 2014 in production environment with components including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Clusters.

•          Experience with Database Management and database monitoring tools such as DMVs,PerfMon, Profiler, Extended Events, third party tools such as Spotlight,Foglight , Performance Analyzer, Redgate SQL Monitor, Idera Diagnostic Manager,Idera SQLSafe , Litespeed

•          Experience designing and documenting processes and procedures, databasemigration plans, database upgrade plans as per business requirements.

•          Experience in designing, configuring and maintaining High Availability and DRSolutions.

•          Powershell, C# or .NET Scripting is a plus

•          Knowledge of data quality, data management and data testing strategies and practices.

•          Experienced with SQL installation on standalone and cluster servers across  multi-subnet environments

•          AWS/Microsoft Azure Services, Virtualization, Storage Area Networks, Windows Server Administration.
