  Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering or other technical field or related experience.

•            8+ years of Enterprise system development experience using a variety of  following technologies.

•            J2EE (JSP, JSF, JDBC, EJB, Servlets, JNDI, JMS), XML, HTML, DHTML,CSS, JavaScript, AJAX - 8 + Years

•            Strong Javascript, JSP experience

•            Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services(SOAP and Restful) - 8 + Years

•            IBM Web Sphere Application Server for running the J2EE web application - 8 + Years

•            Drools Engine, for writing the business rules - 8 + Years

•            Spring MVC & Model 2 Architecture for application development - 8 +

•            Strong Knowledge of SQL  with Oracle Database - 8+ Years

•            Full Web technology stack (eg. HTTP, cookies, headers, cache etc.)

•            Experience working on Manufacturing and Insurance Industry applications. Good understanding of Business Partner management, user management, UI management, Product Classification, Product management, Product registration, work queue management, dashboard, standard Factory Warranty and Extended Warranty pricing, Quote and Contract process, Claims management is a Plus.

•            Experience working with the OAuth, Service exchange (SOAP/REST).

•            Experience working with data transformation, integrations utilizing xml, csv, fixed file format, xls etc.

•            Experience working with complex SQL and Stored Procedures.

•            Good Team player with Excellent communication and written skills and fast learning capability.

•            Experience Design, develop and unit test enterprise web application functionalities in accordance with established standards.

•            Strong analytical skills to analyze, debug and resolve technical and application problems ( in Development and Production Environments).

•            Experience with UI designing and development.

•            Experience in developing the SOAP/REST webservices utilizing industry standard frameworks.

•            Hands on Experience working on Drools  or any rules engine.

•            Experience configuring a J2EE environment workspace for Enterprise web application development.

•            Experience working with JavaScript, AJAX calls for posting requests to the Application server.

•            Experience maintaining High standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team while delivering solutions on time and on budget.

•            Ability to learn new technologies and technical skills to meet the needs of the project and our customers.

•            Ability to Mentor junior level developers to achieve project goals.

•            Serve as an expert on application development and provide technical support to the team and project.

•            Revise, update, refactor and debug code to improve existing software.

•            Develop documentation throughout the SDLC process.

Responsibilities:

•            Work with management team to understand client requirement and maintain details functional and technical specifications.

•            Participate in design discussions and contribute to the development of a product through the lifecycle of analysis and design.

•            Develop new functionalities, unit test and perform defect fixes.

•            Support, Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and improve existing application and system.

•            Communicate project issues and/or risks in a timely manner.

•            Complete tasks and projects in a timely manner with high quality.

•            Assist in defining and documenting support procedures.

•            Assist in training QA on the newly added functionality.

•            Participate in peer- reviews of solution designs and related code.

•            Participate in Status meetings, backlog  grooming, Sprint/Release planning, reviews.

•            Participate in requirement analysis and design sessions
