- Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity and high degree of difficulty

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Structured project management experience and an understanding of a variety of project management methodologies, processes and best practices
- Experienced in managing a variety of business application projects (mostly financial/ERP/HR/time & labor oriented applications)
- Experience managing both custom and package software solutions
- Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions and recommendations with limited data
- Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes
- System integration experience with requirements, design, testing and implementation
- Analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Experiences with creating and presenting executive communication
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
Desired Skills, Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems or equivalent
- 10+ years of overall IT and project management experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft CRM and PowerBI
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Experienced with using project management techniques and tools
- Proven experience in people management, risk management and issue management
- PMP certification is desirable
- ITIL certification is desirable
