POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

In this role, you will:
• Manage the relationship with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements related to infrastructure migrations and security remediation initiatives
• Define execution to create remediation plans and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
• Work with technical team to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
• Ensure project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
• Research technical solutions to understand opportunities at mitigating risk where complete remediation is not an option.
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Lead discussions with technical and functional stakeholders to drive solution plans
• Capture discussions and decisions, communicate those out to the project team and stakeholders
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations

• Manage stakeholder communication and project reporting for assigned projects, including critical analysis of project status, potential risks, and continual process improvement.

• Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
• Experience working on and leading remote teams
• Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
• PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications
• Experience in managing infrastructure migration and integration initiatives
• Experience in Healthcare IT

• Experience in Information Security and/or Mergers and Acquisitions.
