This position will provide Full Stack Lead Engineer guidance to create a standardized labor integration and operational data store as well as custom UIs for presenting labor productivity/planning/scheduling information/capabilities in My Supply Chain Red Vest, a centralized Supply Chain productivity solution.
Design, build , test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale , impacting multi-billion dollar business
Build robust, scalable design and systems using Java/Kotlin /React , SQL/NoSQL, Kafka, Kafka Streams , Postgres , Mongo/Cassandra/Influx in hybrid cloud environment
Responsible for design, architecture and delivery of feature or component with high quality
Driving innovation in the platform constantly and remaining ahead of curve
Estimates effort, identify risk , devices and meets project schedules
Provide functional design and code reviews in related areas of expertise with-in team and cross team
Mentors/Coaches engineers to facilitates their development
