Delivery Director:

• 1) Senior person capable of managing multiple scrum teams (150+ folks)
• 2) Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• 3) Should have the healthcare background (must) and good negotiation skills...
• 4) Account management, Budget management, Technical (preferable)
• 5) Experience with project discoveries, risk assessments, architecture and design.
