Role: Senior Software Engineer-AS400 Developer
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Night Shift

Skills:
- Responsible for the AS400 environment.
- Participate in the Design and Development of new features in the product.
- Must be able to analyze business issues and technical problems independently, and come up
- with smart, logical solutions. Strong problem-solving capability.
- Prepares and develops reports, tunes AS400 applications, assists with the rebuild of files as
- needed.
- Effectively communicate status, metrics and issues on a regular basis.
- Discovers programming logic flaws and prepares fixes for the same.
- Mentoring of Junior Team members
- Need to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills are required.
- Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs very little or no supervision.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from reputed colleges with First class.
- 4-7 years of AS400 Development environment with strong COBOL, CL, and OS V6R1 skills.
- Previous experience working with financial applications involving Credit Card/Mortgage/Retail
- Banking is preferable.
- Knowledge of Tools such as ALDON and ROBOT
- RPGLE is an added advantage
