Job Responsibilities
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
- Proactively brainstorm valuable ideas to considerably improve a clients product and then pitch the same to the client
- Provide any kind of post-sale support to the client

Job Skills & Qualifications
As a Technical Project Manager, need to possess a solid understanding of the following:
- 5+ Years of work experience in Service based IT Company.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in PHP Frameworks/JS Frameworks/CMS like Laravel, yii, Node, React, WordPress, Magento and Drupal .
- Core concepts of Frameworks (Laravel, Node, React), Databases (MySQL, Mongo dB)
- Awareness of major mobile development framework technologies.
- Hands on experience in Agile methodology
- Proficiency with web development languages, strong teaming abilities and extensive leadership experience.
- JavaScript knowledge is a must.
- Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Slack), agile project management methodologies and best practices
