"RiverForest Connections" - www.riverforestconnections.com - provides advice & execution support on all matters in relation to Talent Acquisition including: Recruitment Strategy, design of the recruitment process, Executive Search, Executive compensation structures, Expatriate Hiring, Diversity Hiring and Board Appointments. We also provide RPO Services to several clients in North America / Europe.

We are looking to hire "Consultant" / " Senior Consultants " at our Mumbai Office located at Juhu Tara Road (Santacruz). ( Work from home)
The responsibilities would include end to end recruitment at junior, middle & senior levels for our Clients - Leading Private Sector & MNC Banks, Investment Banks, etc. In addition, also support International clients for research / RPO Services.
Client Management & followup for New Requirements.
Understanding the Requirement
Sourcing suitable candidates through Head Hunting, Industry Mapping, Internal Database, Portals, References, Social Media, etc
Co ordinate with Candidates & Clients for interviews, Offers, Salary negotiations, Joining dates etc
Work on Applicant Tracking System / Database Management
Research on International Search Mandates
