JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION :      Senior Business Analyst
Location           Mason, OH (100% onsite)
POSITION OVERVIEW : Senior Business Analyst
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Document requirements for approved process improvements
Document comprehensive end-to-end test cases at application and multi-application level
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for approved process improvements
Coordinate the implementation of approved process improvements in accordance with change management policies
Monitor support tickets and facilitate resolution in a timely manner
Assist with managing and prioritizing backlog of change requests
Monitor daily processes ensuring any errors are identified and resolved in a timely manner
Provide recommendations for potential changes to optimize existing processes
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of experience with BA role
Minimum 2+ years of experience with Windows 10 with PowerShell Script
Minimum 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 or SAP-CRM / SAP ECC
Experience of SQL Query
Minimum 3+ years of experience Application Lifecycle Management Software (Example: HP ALM or JIRA)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize team focus
Strong problem solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
Degree: Bachelors in computer science or related field
