10+ Yrs of Solid Business Analyst experience with Finance background and have worked extensively with Oracle ERP.
Solid experience in dealing with ORACLE, E1, SAP integration with finance applications like CFORIA (credit collection and deductions), Blackline (Reconciliations) will be a plus.
Manage Cash and position reconciliation daily / weekly / quarterly reconciliation.
Business Partnering in Order to Cash initiatives, Projects and enhancements.
Analyse business needs and suggest system improvements across core ERP and connections to B2C and B2B Digital solutions.
Experience on compliance and risk management in line with regulatory requirements guided by the client. Manage client expectation of building a right culture of knowing the process.
Lead Business requirements and match them to available solutions in ThermoFisher ERP and Digital or suggest new approach for integration in-line with Global and Regional standards
Lead Integration/Interface Business Requirements / drive Fit-Gap workshops and Solutions designed / Integration Architecture..
System configuration, Setup and Functional testing for required components.
Prepare functional specifications for development, configuration and testing
Spearhead transformation and productivity initiatives in the domain with focus to add value to the customer
Comply with company's Global IT Policies and Procedures
